The Wyoming Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (WY‐DVR) in cooperation with the State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) is required to conduct a comprehensive statewide needs assessment describing the rehabilitation needs of individuals with disabilities residing in the state. The needs assessment must include information on three categories: 1. Individuals with the most significant disabilities; 2. Individuals with disabilities who are minorities and individuals who have been unserved and underserved by the vocational rehabilitation program; and 3. Individuals with disabilities who are served through other components of the statewide workforce system as identified by individuals and personnel assisting these individuals.
